within 12 hours, please contact us to be sure your order is processed.

Shipments:
Shipment costs with registered airmail, Israeli postal services. 10$
Shipment time: between 7 and 21 business days.
Shipment and handling costs are 10$ per order,except those including Large Orgone Plates, which cost 24$ .

Return policy:
30 days, satisfaction garantee, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after arrival, shipment costs
are on the buyer.
You will be refunded for all your purchase costs.
If your Lightstones arrive damaged or happen to look different from their pictures on our store, we will refund you for the shipment as well.
If this is the case please contact us by e-mail to inform us about the return of your package and your wish to be refunded.
If a package is returned and arrives later than 2 months after purchase, you will be refunded on the purchase cost minus paypal fees.
We do not refund for used items, pendants must be returned with their ropes.
